Orchards Pinot Gris

Our Pinot Gris takes its name and stone fruit palette from a remnant orchard on the property, planted by Oregon Trail settlers. The wine evolves in the cellar, with a creamy palette driven by malolactic fermentation and bright, citrus notes balanced by stainless steel tank aging. A complex, balanced white wine marked by acidic ripeness.

Aromas of pears, all spice, and lemon zest. The palette is rich and round with flavors of stone fruit, orange, and grassy notes that lead to a dry, mineral finish.

This wine is replete with bright flavors of lemon, lime and grapefruit. Accents of spicy white pepper and citrus oil add texture and length. Editors’ Choice.
