Plant Based Wine Dinner

Our first annual Plant Based Wine Pairing Dinner and we are so excited!!! No, you do not have to have a plant base diet to attend, this is a fun learning experience for everyone!

Our menu will be curated and prepared by our Chef, Mike, who has experience with Vegan menus and alternatives. Each course paired with a Left Coast wine, carefully selected to perfectly compliment each other.

What’s on the menu:

  1. Roasted tomato Bruschetta with vegan boursin cheese, onion, basil, and balsamic reduction topped with coconut bacon

  2. Roasted beet soup served with fresh mint and a cashew sour cream

  3. Beyond Meatballs served over seared beet greens and a hearty marinara fricassee

  4. Pan seared parsnips with a wild mushroom risotto and blackened asparagus

  5. Dark Chocolate Mousse served with a sweet syrah reduction and inky cherries
